Approach_

No one delivers pizza in space. Eating in space can be a real challenge. Today, astronauts eat a varied diet that is similar to what we eat on Earth. The menu aboard the International Space Station (ISS) includes more than a hundred items from vegetables and fruit to pre-prepared meals and desserts.

To gain the awareness of the food that Astronauts eat in the space and to stimulate people's curiosity with the facts and receipts of the space food.

Objective_

This is an educational cookbook showing space food, which requires meeting the nutritional needs of each crew member while adhering to the limited storage space, limited preparation options and the challenges of eating without gravity, space-age inventions, and the space food recipes that can apply to an emergency situation such as natural disaster or disease pandemics.
