Branding Creative Direction


I spearheaded the branding, creative direction, and identity design for a heritage folk house nestled in Nagahama, Shiga Prefecture. Targeting the hustle of city dwellers, our project championed the concept of "Whitespace"—precious moments of pause woven into the fabric of daily life. The brand narrative harmonizes the local natural beauty with the warm hospitality of the host family, presenting these elements as the perfect balance of Yin and Yang. Infused with the host's Buddhist principles, our visual identity offers not just a retreat, but a profound, soulful reconnection with the essence of tranquility.
